Testing and adjustment of glass doors after installation is usually completed within 1 hour, but it needs to be combined with acceptance testing to ensure long-term stability.

Testing and adjustment is a crucial part of the installation process, mainly including fine-tuning of hardware, testing the smoothness of opening and closing, checking the seal, and verifying safety.

The specific steps are as follows:

Hardware Testing (20–30 minutes)

Adjust the floor spring force, door clamp tightness, and closing speed to ensure the door automatically returns to its original position without any impact noise. If equipped with an electronic sensor, the sensor sensitivity also needs to be adjusted.

Function and Safety Testing (15–20 minutes)

Repeatedly open and close the door at least 10 times to check for jamming, abnormal noises, or misalignment. Use a level to re-measure the door's verticality; the deviation should not exceed 1mm.

Sealing and Waterproofing Verification (10–15 minutes)

Spray water around the door frame for at least 15 minutes and observe for any leakage from the inside. This step is especially suitable for bathroom or balcony exterior doors.

Final cleaning and handover (5–10 minutes): Remove any remaining adhesive residue, fingerprints, and dust from the installation process, and demonstrate routine maintenance points to the homeowner.
