The manufacturing process of external glass doors mainly includes core steps such as raw material selection and cutting, molding and strengthening, and accessory installation and surface treatment.

Raw Material Selection and Cutting
Tempered glass or laminated glass is typically used due to its high strength and safety. After precise measurement, the glass sheet is cut using a CNC cutting machine to ensure accurate dimensions. After cutting, the edges are polished to prevent sharp corners from causing safety hazards.

Molding and Strengthening Process

Tempered Glass: Heated at approximately 700℃ and then rapidly cooled, a compressive stress layer is formed on the surface, increasing strength several times.

Laminated Glass: A PVB film is inserted between two layers of glass, and they are firmly bonded under high temperature and pressure. Even if broken, the glass will not scatter, improving safety performance.

Accessory Installation and Surface Treatment
Installation of door frames, hinges, and other hardware accessories; metal parts require rust prevention treatment. Special adhesives are used to fix the glass and metal joints to ensure stability. Some glass doors also undergo surface decoration treatments such as silkscreen printing to enhance their aesthetics.
