Classic framed glass doors must be transported in strict accordance with the principles of safety, shockproofing, and collision prevention to ensure the product remains intact.

The following are key transportation requirements:

Vertical transport: Glass doors must be stacked vertically. Laying them flat or at an angle is strictly prohibited to prevent breakage due to uneven stress. An angle greater than 70° is recommended, and cushioning material should be placed at the bottom.

Secure securing: Before transportation, doors and windows must be securely tied at the four corners, hinges, and the middle of the window sash with soft ropes or straps to prevent shaking, sliding, or tipping during transport. For large doors and windows, iron supports and external reinforcing ropes are also necessary to enhance stability.

Shockproof protection measures: Use soft materials such as pearl cotton, foam, or plastic film to separate doors and windows to prevent scratches or damage caused by friction or collisions during transportation.

Packaging specifications: Packaging boxes should be of sufficient strength and adequately filled internally to prevent parts from shifting. The outer packaging must be clearly marked with warning signs such as "Upside Down," "Handle with Care," and "Handle with Handle to Break," and fragile labels should be affixed if necessary.

Transportation Environment Requirements: Transport vehicles should be equipped with rain protection facilities to keep the cargo compartment dry; the route should be chosen on flat, wide roads, avoiding sudden braking, sharp turns, and severe bumps, and maintaining a steady low-to-medium speed.

Loading and Unloading Procedures: Handle with care during transport; dropping, throwing, prying, or impact is strictly prohibited. When handling manually, pay attention to wind direction to prevent large areas of glass from tipping over due to wind imbalance.

Avoid Mixing: Do not mix with moisture-sensitive, heat-sensitive, flammable, easily contaminated, or sharp items to prevent cross-contamination.
