Double Low-e Glass Door

The FD-05 gravity-operated glass door is engineered for high-frequency use in commercial cold storage, display coolers and walk-in chill rooms. Designed around a pure gravity return mechanism, it eliminates reliance on springs or electricity, enabling smooth, consistent automatic closing driven by the door's own weight. 

Built with Double LOW-E glass door,the door delivers superior transparency, impact resistance and breakage safety. The standard electric anti-fog coating maintains a clear view in humid conditions, ensuring products stay visible and appealing to customers. 

Precision-calibrated hinges enable quiet, gentle self-closing with an airtight magnetic seal. This minimizes cold air leakage, stabilizes internal temperatures and cuts energy consumption-critical for cost-conscious operators. 

We fully consider the fragility of glass doors during transportation and adopt a three-layer protection packaging design (as shown in the picture below: packaging detail diagram). The first layer is waterproof PE film to prevent moisture and dust; the second layer is thick shock-absorbing foam, which wraps the entire door body to reduce impact during transportation; the outermost layer is a reinforced ISPM-15 compliant wooden crate with a vertical A-frame structure to avoid glass breakage caused by pressure.
